Assembly Verifier

Mountz Inc. presents its Assembly Verifier, a quality control device used to monitor the integrity of fasteners used in the assembly process. This device offers multiple torque tool handling capabilities, combined with multiple fastener tracking in one stand alone unit. The Assembly Verifier:

• Alerts operator via audible and visual signals if fastener is improperly installed
• Detects cross-threaded, stripped, and missing fasteners
• Tracks the total number of fasteners installed and the total number of finished assemblies per day
