CastingScope

The CastingScope from Lenox is designed to inspect metal castings and other rugged, hard-to-access areas. The CastingScope's unique feature is its renewable front probe; after thousands of inspections, the worn insertion probe can be easily and economically replaced with a new one. These flexible instruments are capable of viewing the inner workings of complex castings such as cylinder heads and engine blocks. Images are then displayed on a color monitor for operator comfort. The CastingScope is available with probe diameters of 3.5 mm (.138 inch) and 6 mm (.236 inch); probe length is 200 mm (7.9 inches) or longer.
