C-100P ultraviolet lamp

Spectronics Corporation's C-100P high-intensity ultraviolet lamp was developed to make it easier to conduct NDT inspections in limited access areas. The lamp head is only 51/2" x 8" (14 cm x 20 cm), which is about one-half the size of conventional 100-watt UV lamps. The lamp features a 100-watt spot bulb that delivers a steady-state UV intensity of 4,000 µW/cm² at 15 inches (38 cm), making the faintest contamination or flaw clearly visible.
