Shroud repair

Prazair has been approved by Pratt & Whitney Canada to repair the HPT shroud segments on PW305 and PW306 turbofan engines, in addition to the full refurbishment of PW100 and PW901 shroud segments. It has developed an arc weld repair that increases the yield of the repair process. This technology provides operators with a complete source for repair at a fraction of the replacement cost.
