Speedglas® Fresh-air® II P 9000

Hornell Speedglas Inc. introduces the Speedglas® Fresh-air® II P 9000 powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR), which creates a positive atmosphere within the helmet to help keep harmful welding particles and fumes out. A "U"-shaped battery fits directly into the turbo unit, making the system compact ,and lasts up to eight hours. The PAPR is one of the lightest in the industry, weighing only 3.36 lbs; while the entire helmet assembly, including automatic welding lens, weighs only 1.79 lbs. Some of the features included in the system are: welding helmet with an airduct assembly; face seal; battery with charger; one HE filter; and an airflow indicator.
