SmartWasher

ChemFree Corp. features the SmartWasher, a parts washer that does not use hazardous solvents. SmartWasher uses bioremediation and naturally occurring microbes called Ozzy. Ozzy eats oil, grease, and other contaminants so that the fluid never has to be changed. The fluid cleans the part and Ozzy cleans the fluid. Some of the benefits of the system include: reduced operating and maintenance costs; self-cleaning degreasing solution that requires only occasional topping off; and protects the well-being of employees.
