Heavy-Duty Bead Breaker

Tronair has designed a heavy-duty bead breaker to address the special needs of aircraft tires. The Tronair bead breaker has been tested and proven in tire service centers, breaking tires for the commercial aircraft market up to Boeing 747s.

• Can be used with tires from 28 to 54 inches in diameter and widths up to 24 inches
• Unit is powered by a 25-ton hydraulic cylinder, operated by a pneumatic pump
• Special features include a mechanical extension for quick set-up and pulsing to allow for working the bead loose from the wheel
