Ratchet System

Browntool offers the Liberator Roller Clutch Ratchet System Kit designed for efficient installation of frangible collar type fasteners such as Hi-Loks in the most awkward and unusual situations. The 13-piece kit contains two "roller clutch" ratchet heads and interchangeable straight and 90 degree handles all interchangeable. Manufactured of 4140 tool steel with a black oxide finish, the parts are packed in a custom fitted case.
