A line of fiberglass reinforced cotton fiber cutoff wheels is available from Rex-Cut Products. The cutoff wheels are nonloading, smooth operating, and produce a minimal exit burr. They are suitable for cutting aluminum extrusions, conduit, tubing, and other nonferrous metals and are available in 3-inch diameter x .040 inch thick and 4-inch diameter x .060 inch thick that fit a 3/8 arbor on die grinders.
